BE A CONSCIOUS HUMAN BEING
IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING
Please help carry on the spirit of the Groovin' On community by being a responsible festival-goer. Be respectful of our venue and each other by keeping our environment clean, being mindful of fire restrictions, sharing resources with others who may have come less prepared, and helping out those who need it. Spread positivity and kindness!
Montana weather is unpredictable at best and our venue is in a remote location. Please come prepared for any scenario. It will be COLD at night. Extra blankets, warm coats, socks and good shoes are strongly recommended.
There is no cell service at Storm Castle Retreat. Enjoy the chance to be present in the moment and experience the festival free of electronic distractions!
MEDICAL / FIRST AID
A medical / informational station will be onsite to help with any minor issues. Please note that Storm Castle Retreat is a remote location and any emergency response will be delayed. Be careful out there!
CAMPING / RVS
In order to conserve space, camping is limited to tents only. RVS and cars will not be allowed inside the venue.
PARKING / SHUTTLES
Cars will be allowed in designated lots outside the festival grounds. A free shuttle service will run from the lots to the main gate of the festival.
We will have several Porta Potties spread across the venue space that will be refreshed daily.
FOOD / WATER
There will be several food vendors onsite, but we encourage everyone to bring enough food and especially water. Dancing requires lots of energy!!!
Loud music and large crowds can be stressful for our furry friends, so we ask that you please leave your dogs home. Service animals are welcome.
Please be respectful of our venue and help ensure the future of Groovin' On by cleaning up after yourselves and others. Pack out more than you pack in. Dumpsters will be provided.
As is always the case with Groovin', the camp ground space is very limited, so please do your best not to bring huge mansion tents unless you plan on cramming a bunch of people into it (which could be fun and is highly recommended). Please plan to share as much gear as possible to make sure there is room for everyone to enjoy the festival camping experience.
FIRE & STOVES
Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits and will be started and managed by festival staff. Camp stoves are fine, but as usual, please be responsible and make sure that you are using your equipment safely for the pleasure and comfort of the people and environment around you.
ALCOHOL / DRUG
The sale of alcohol or drugs on festival grounds is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught selling will be immediately removed and will forfeit the remainder of the festival without refund. We will have alcohol vendors on site selling very affordable drinks to those 21 and up.
